Call Routing & Partnerships: All phone calls to the numbers listed on this website are routed directly to Integrity Sober Homes.

Our primary goal is to assist in finding suitable sober living accommodations. If we cannot accommodate you directly, we will actively try to place everyone in our established partner homes. Our partner network includes:

Transformation House for Men: Active locations providing men's housing in Freeport, Valley Stream, and Copiague.
Women's Housing Partners: Dedicated women's facilities located in Freeport and Suffolk County.

2. Nature of Service

This website serves as an informational resource and direct line of contact for Integrity Sober Homes and its affiliated network. We provide structured sober living environments designed to support individuals in recovery. We are NOT a medical facility, detox center, or intensive outpatient program (IOP).

Admission to Integrity Sober Homes or any partner facility (e.g., Transformation House) is subject to an initial phone screening, background check, and adherence to specific house rules. Submission of an inquiry via this website does not guarantee placement. All prospective residents must be committed to maintaining sobriety.

Residents are guests bound by a behavioral contract, which includes immediate discharge policies for violations such as substance use on or off premises.
