Self-pay at Integrity Sober Homes is typically $800–$850 per month depending on the house, with most homes at $800/mo. Standard medical insurance does not cover housing costs. Meals, transportation to treatment and 12-step meetings, on-site house managers, central air, and high-speed internet are included.
Nassau County DSS housing vouchers are accepted. Vouchers typically begin after about 90 days of residency and must be applied for by the member. Our house managers and case managers help you navigate the application so funding stays on track. Learn more on our DSS sober living page, or call 516-210-5049 to discuss payment options before you move in.
Getting Around: Freeport & Uniondale
Freeport sits on the LIRR Babylon branch, making Penn Station and Grand Central reachable in roughly 35–45 minutes for guests who work in the city. Local NICE bus routes connect Freeport and Uniondale to jobs, outpatient programs, and daily errands. Our Uniondale house near the Hofstra / Nassau Coliseum area also benefits from RSD and NICE bus access.
Beyond public transit, Integrity provides rides to treatment programs, doctor and therapy appointments, and 12-step meetings. Personal vehicles are permitted, and employment is encouraged — so you can keep building independence while living in a structured, visitor-free recovery environment.
