MAT-Friendly Sober Living on Long Island
Medication-Assisted Treatment and sober living work best together. Integrity Sober Homes welcomes men on approved MAT medications into our Freeport and Uniondale houses — with structure, meals, and transportation that support adherence.
Which medications our homes allow
Our men's sober living homes allow Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol. These injection-based options fit our house culture: a substance-free, visitor-free environment with on-site house managers, required 12-step participation, and rides to treatment and medical appointments.
Living in a structured home reduces daily triggers and makes it easier to keep MAT appointments. Beds are $800/mo for most houses ($800–$850), with DSS vouchers accepted for eligible residents.
If you're on Suboxone
If you are currently on Suboxone, we can help you switch to an injection-based treatment. Intake will review your situation during the phone screening at 516-210-5049 and coordinate next steps with clinical partners so housing and medication planning stay aligned.
Do not change medications on your own — talk with your prescriber and our admissions team so the transition is medically supervised.
How sober living supports MAT adherence
Integrity provides housing, not clinical MAT treatment. Guests receive Medication-Assisted Treatment through partners such as Integrity Treatment Partners' MAT program. Our role is the stable home: nutritious meals, transportation to treatment, accountability through sponsorship and step-work, and a community that expects sobriety.
